P0IPM malfunction or excessive current protection of IGBT.

P3Outdoor ambient temperature too low.
P4Inverter compressor drive error.
P5Mode conflict between indoor units (MULTI-ZONE only).

Advanced Error Codes:

Error CodeDescription
21DC peak (IPM fault). Restart 10 times per hour, then lock. Compressor failure or excessive refrigerant in compressor.
22CT 2 (Maximum CT). Restart after the issue is resolved. Inverter current > 14 A.
23DC link voltage too high or low. Restart after the issue is resolved. DC voltage: 1~ < 140 VDC or > 480 VDC (3kW: 420 VDC); 3~ < 320 VDC or > 780 VDC.
26DC compressor positioning problem. Restart 10 times per hour, then lock. Incorrect compressor connections (UVW).
27PSC failure. Restart 10 times per hour, then lock. High current IGBT (check reactor).
29High current in compressor phases. Restart 10 times per hour, then lock.
32Discharge pipe temperature too high. Restart after the issue is resolved. Hot gas temperature TH5 > 105 °C (check refrigerant charge).
35Low-pressure error. Restart 3 times per hour, then lock. Low pressure < 0 kPa (–49.5 °C).
41Discharge pipe temperature sensor issue. Direct shutdown. TH5 sensor broken (200k ohms > 25 °C).
43High-pressure sensor (open/short). Direct shutdown. LP/HP sensor broken.
44Ambient temperature sensor issue. Direct shutdown. TH7 sensor broken (10k ohms > 25 °C).
45Mid-condensation pipe temperature sensor issue. Direct shutdown. TH8 sensor broken (5k ohms > 25 °C).
46Suction pipe temperature sensor issue. Direct shutdown. TH4 sensor broken (5k ohms > 25 °C).
48Condenser outlet pipe temperature sensor issue (open/short). Direct shutdown. TH6 sensor broken (5k ohms > 25 °C).
52Poor communication between inverter PCB and main PCB. Restart 3 times per hour, then lock. Wiring between main PCB and inverter PCB damaged (three-phase only).
53Poor communication between CAN-PCB and Main-PCB. Direct shutdown. Wiring between main PCB and CAN-PCB damaged.
54Incorrect phase sequence. Restart 10 times per hour, then lock. Only 2 phases or incorrect rotation field (three-phase only).
55CAN communication error (CAN-PCB <=> Installation board). Direct shutdown. Wiring between CAN-PCB and indoor unit damaged.
60EEPROM checksum mismatch. Direct shutdown. Replace EEPROM.
61Condenser pipe temperature too high. Restart after the issue is resolved. Condensation temperature > 65.3 °C (4199 kPa) {Heating}; Condensation temperature > 64.2 °C (4101 kPa) {Cooling}.
62Heatsink temperature too high. Restart after the issue is resolved. Heatsink temperature > 85 °C.
65Heatsink temperature sensor issue. Direct shutdown. Heatsink/PCB inverter sensor broken.
67ODU BLDC fan lock. Restart 10 times per hour, then lock. Fan blocked.
