Detailed Error Diagnostics

L0: Module Protection

  • Meaning: Issue with the compressor inverter module or DC generator connection.
  • Diagnostics:
    • Check compressor resistance between U, V, and W terminals (should be equal and 0.9–5 Ohms).
    • Check DC voltage between P and N terminals (1.41x local supply voltage).

L1: Low Voltage Protection

  • Meaning: Low voltage in the system.
  • Diagnostics: Verify DC voltage between terminals 1 and 2 (510–580 V).

L2: High Voltage Protection

  • Meaning: High voltage in the system.
  • Diagnostics: Check DC voltage across capacitors and rectify abnormalities.

L4: MCE Error

  • Meaning: Motor Control Error.
  • Diagnostics: Inspect connections and circuit integrity.

L5: Zero Speed Protection

  • Meaning: Compressor fails to reach adequate speed.
  • Diagnostics: Check module and wiring connections.

L7: Phase Sequence Error

  • Meaning: Incorrect power supply phase sequence.
  • Diagnostics: Verify correct phase sequence.

L8 & L9: Frequency Discrepancy

  • Meaning: Significant difference between real and set frequency.
  • Diagnostics: Measure compressor resistance; verify control box functionality.
